Available score wheel styles we offer:

Sizes are designated by the male score width. Female score widths are given in parenthesis.

.022 scores for text/book-weight stock (.038" female width).
.028 scores for most cover-weight stock (.048" female width).
.032 scores for heavier cover-weight (12 point and over) or card stock (.058" female width).
.028 double scores for most cover-weight stock (.048" female width). This is for producing a hinged cover such as for some magazines, paperback books and manuals. Note: must have two matched sets to produce four scores close together. 

Our SUPER-PRECISION MADE score wheels are the biggest reason ECONO-CREASE WORKS BETTER THAN MOST OTHER METHODS. In other words, they produce an exact, precise, true fiberstretch score. See picture:

We offer several styles of perforation wheels. Our 8 teeth per inch perf is for medium perfing on coverstock. The 12 teeth per inch is for finer perfing on cover and text weight. The 16 teeth per inch wheels are our finest standard perf, and only work well with text or bond paper.

We now offer a true micro-perf optional assembly for only $397. Although much finer teeth (72 per inch), our micro-perfs are actually more durable than our standard perfs due to extra thickness and having two bevels instead of just one.
